Dear Sir,
I think you will only need the SMA female bulkead to Mc Card cable assembbly it will enough to connect with the antenna,
Should not need the adapter for this.

My wireless card is a Lucent Orinoco Gold series. It has the MC card connector. My plan is to go from the [HAI15SC] Hi-Gain 15dBi Corner Antenna to my Orinoco card. To do this I believe I will need (1) SMA female bulkhead RP to MC CARD and a SMA MALE TO SMA FEMALE REVESE POLARITY. Let me know if this is correct I want to order A.S.A.P.

The connect for this antenna will be RP SMA male RP, so you will need the SMA female RP to connect with it, I am not sure about what connection you have for you wireless card,
If the wireless card has the RP SMA Female connection you get right choose.

Alright I think I have it figured out. I want to purchase it with 20CM of cable. The adapter I see appears to be a regular SMA female bulkhead. I need it to have a Reverse SMA female bulkhead. Maybe I.m mistaken the antenna I.m looking to use is.

Regarding about your question,
You can get am adapter cable which is SMA jack reverse to MC CARD to connect with your antenna and wireless card.
