I hooked up 1 yagi to a d-link dir625 fed by a cable modem and pointed it toward my house wich is several hundred feet away through trees. At my house I connected the 1000 mW usb adapter to my laptop and to the other yagi.
I connect with a full set of signal bars (5), 54 mbps, 802.11g. This is so great! The cable company wanted $6,000 to set a cable point at my house...
Now I would really like to connect an additional computer or 2 using a wireless router at my house. Can anyone tell me how to do this? I have another d-link dir625. Do I need anything else? Does the router need certain settings to work? I have connected my router to the yagi, but haven't been able to connect to the Internet.
any and all help appreciated!

You will need the access point to receive the signal from your router.
The access point has to have the repeater or WDS fuction then you can share the signal to your other computers.
At the first you can see the D-625 router has the repeater function or not.
If yes, you might setup this be the repeater function then try to receive the signal again.
Thank you very much.
