I have a house with internet access that I want to share between two other houses. Lets say that the house where I have internet access is House A and the other houses are House B and House C.

For lots of trees, it will be better you can choose the Yagi type antenna to work with or setup the antenna on the higher place which can see though to you neighbor.
Regarding to the return policy part,
For the antenna setup, it will still depend on your area,
So it migh be our suggestion, if the antenna which is not suit for you, you can do the replacement change the correct antenna you need to you.

We will suggest that you choose the Omni 15dBi antenna setup on the House A to transmit the signal to B and C house.
The tree problem, it might be better that you can setup the antenna on the higher place that can see both B and C house to get better performance.
The same for the B and C house we will still suggest that you can choose the Yagi 16dBi antenna in the same high place to receive the signal.

One more think I forgot to mention,
The neighborhood has a lot of trees so there is no line of sight at all.
Also, if the antenna that you suggest does not work, would I be charged for a refund? What is your return policy?
