Is there a manual for the U-Tenna panel. I am not sure of all the terms and settings that may effect the (no connection problem I am having)If I get a level of 80% it does connect!,but at 30% it does not

Regarding to your question,
Normally it be about 20% or Up then you can get the wireless signal,
However it will still depend on your provider,
If there are too many users are using the same wireless signal in the same time the signal will be weak or disconnect,
