Just bought and 15 DBI antenna with 50 ft of 400 cable from you and found time to make a quick test and I.m wondering how much signal or dbm am i losing with this cable length ??? I.m wondering how is it possible that that big 15 dbi omni antenna has no better gain than my tiny 4 inch 2-3 dbi antenna that came on my 500 Mw USB card ? Something not right here !!! Gonna make a few more test with a friend to try getting something more ... Have any idea on what could be the problem ? Thanks! Reply WIFI-LINK Reply Time 2007-10-10 06:01:29 Contents Normally the signal loss from the cable will be get about 2~3db, also the higher gain antenna get the receive angle you need to try it. Probably it is the reason why you can not get the better wireless signal than the small antnna.
