What do I need to expand the signal area of my Router

I have a D-Link DIR-655 router. I have a property with separate rental units. All the building are solid brick. I have my router located roughly in the center of the property. The radius of my property is approx. 100 yards.
1) Because of the solid brick structures, would the antennas be able to penetrate and provide a solid signal, and if so which dBi would be the best one? Note that I would need a 10m/35ft cable, minimum, to connect my router to the antenna if it is to be installed outdoors. How high would I have to mount the antenna?
2) Also, my router has 3 antennas. I will set the router to b/g only, so I will not be using the N portion.
Will I need to hook up all 3 antennas or do you have something that will suit this configuration.
I have been desperately trying to make heads or tails out of this set-up and I am yet to come up with any suitable and working solution. Please help me come up with a suitable configuration for my existing dilemma.

Regarding to your question,

The antenna will need to setup in the clear sight place, so it will better that you setup the antenna where you can see though to other house which you would like to receive the signal.
For about 100yards you can choose below antenna to work with.

For point to point please choose the directional antenna.

Normally we will suggest customer change all 3 antennas to get better performance.
However you can also check with D-Link to see which antenna is for transmit then just change the one you are going to transmit the signal.
